Mosaic Tiles for Walls, Floors and Feature Areas
Mosaic tiles bring pattern and texture to small areas that larger tiles cannot. Most designs come as sheets of around 300 x 300 mm, so the small pieces go down quickly and evenly. Choose from porcelain, glass, marble, natural stone, metal and mixed-material designs in hexagon, herringbone, brick, penny round, pebble and Victorian layouts.
Shop Mosaics by Material
Porcelain Mosaic Tiles
Porcelain mosaics are the hard-wearing choice and many are suitable for walls and floors. The Pixel range covers white and black hexagons, herringbone, squares and circular penny designs in matt or gloss. The Kitkat finger mosaics in white and blue are made for walls.
Marble and Natural Stone Mosaics
Marble hexagon mosaics such as Fog Stone and Coffee Stone add natural veining to bathroom floors and walls. Riverstone pebble mosaics in white and black suit shower floors and feature panels, while Silver Grey Travertine brick mosaic gives a textured wall finish. Natural stone varies from sheet to sheet, so expect some difference in colour and pattern.
Glass, Metal and Mixed Mosaics
Glass and metal pieces catch the light and work well on splashbacks and feature walls. Designs such as Cascade, Castell, Galactic Black and Iridescent mix glass, stone and metal in one sheet. These mixed-material mosaics are for walls only.
Victorian Mosaic Floor Tiles
For hallways and period homes, our Victorian tiles include chequer mosaics in black and white or red and black, with matching borders and corners to frame the floor. The Bristol range adds anti-slip porcelain chequer, border and corner pieces in black, green and blue.
Where to Use Mosaic Tiles
- Bathrooms: shower floors, niches and feature walls
- Kitchens: splashbacks behind hobs and sinks
- Feature walls: fireplaces, alcoves and accent panels
- Floors: hallways and small bathrooms, using floor-rated designs
Not every mosaic is suitable for floors. Use the filter to see wall and floor mosaics or wall-only mosaics, and always check the usage on the product page.
Choosing a Finish
Matt mosaics have a soft, low-sheen surface and are the usual choice for floors. Polished and gloss mosaics reflect more light and brighten walls and splashbacks.
Ordering Mosaic Tiles
Most mosaics are priced per sheet. Each product page shows the sheet size, coverage and sheets per box, so you can work out how many you need. We recommend adding around 10% extra for cuts and spares. Order a sample first if you want to check the colour and finish in your own light.
